And other similar sized rooms without kitchen and without ocean view are listed from P120,000 to P150,000 / month ( 30 nights ).

Each floor plan and interior of our cottage rooms and apartments is unique so be informed that the photos on our website are not a generic image of all of our rental rooms and apartments, just an example or sample image. It's not so easy to provide interior photos with my digital camera's limitations so you'll just have to come and have a look.

rents our beach front commercial space and offers Casa Camilla guests 10% Discount on meals and drinks. Have a look at their menu with delicious choices like the "Apache Burger" served with potato wedges or french fries and green lettuce salad, Grilled Chicken & Lettuce Salad, Barbecue Ribs and .a delicious Indian style chicken curry.

Our Revised 6 House Rules for Casa Camilla Boracay Long Term Yearly Guests
1) Payment. Residents who want to renew their one year stay must pay a 10% deposit 45 days prior to their renewal date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the yearly rental. If deposit is not made, the unit is considered available upon it's expiry date and 3 weeks prior to the expiry date available to be entered and shown to prospective new yearly guests. Should the unit remain available, the resident may continue their stay in the Unit only after an advance payment of the applicable short term rate.
All units are categorized in 3 payment groups - A. B, and C and the timeline of dues for each payment group is as follows:

Payment Group A - 10% of the rental due on January 14, 90% of the rental due on March 1.

Payment Group B - 10% of the rental due on April 16, 90% of the rental due on June 1.

Payment Group C - 10% of the rental due on October 6, 90% of the rental due on November 20.
 

2) Occupancy. For security purposes, the number of residents allowed in each unit is limited as follows:

a. Units A7, A8, A9, A10, A17, & A18 are for 1 or 2 adults + 1 child (8yrs and under)

b. All other units are for 1 to 4 persons + 1 or 2 children (8yrs and under)
Additional guests staying with the resident must be checked in with Casa Camilla staff and are allowed for a period of 30 days or less, with a nightly charge of 200 pesos per adult and 100 pesos per child (8yrs and under) through the length of their stay

3 ) Sublets. Residents are allowed to sub-let their units for any length of time from 1 night to their expiry date only, for prices that are equal to or more (but never less) than those published on our website. All overnight occupants are required to follow check-in procedures at the Casa Camilla Office regardless of the resident's own check-in procedures.
Yearly guests who intend to sublet their units during their absence must inform the owners in writing via email or text message. Should the resident want assistance to process short term rentals, Casa Camilla will retain 20% commission of the published rate for less than 10 night stays, 15% for 11 to 28 night stays and 10% for 28 nights and over stays and charge an additional P350 per cleaning plus the monthly maintenance dues that apply. The remaining rental amount will be paid by method the yearly resident prefers after the sub-let / short term guests have paid in full and are checked-out.
Please be advised: the owners reserve the right to refuse any person(s) from checking in and staying at Casa Camilla Boracay.
 

4) Common Areas. All yearly rentals begin at each of the entrance doors and does not include the land in front of your space.
Casa Camilla's right-of-way passage from the White Beach Path through the length of our property must be kept clear and unobstructed at all times. No standing, sitting, playing or otherwise any private action or activity is allowed in the right of way. Storage of items such as chairs, motorbikes, kayaks, bicycles, cases of beer or any such personal property belonging to the unit residents are strictly not allowed in the right of way. The right of way is purely for passage only.
Visible hanging laundry is unsightly and not allowed in any common area. (This rule does not apply to short term guests staying one month or less.)
 

5) Peace and Quiet. Yearly residents of Casa Camilla form a small community and are expected to uphold at the bare minimum a common courtesy to all its' residents. Playing loud music or making other disruptive loud noises is to be avoided at all hours in respect to the varied sleeping schedules of residents.
Residents are allowed to host parties, and may on occasion bend the noise rule, but shall first notify the owners. The owners reserve the right to stop or end any party that is causing unreasonable disturbance to the rest of the property and it's residents.
 
6) Dependents. Pets and children are not allowed on the property unattended. They are considered dependents of the resident and the resident they belong to is fully responsible and liable for any obstruction, destruction or commotion done or caused by them. Repeated transgressions of dependents may be cause for discontinuation of residency at Casa Camilla.

SUB-LET OPTIONS; For those long term guests who are interested, we can accept short term bookings at our daily and monthly rates for your room which we keep 20% booking commission + 10% Housekeeping & Maintenance fee and save 70% goes to you. Taking advantage of this offer provides you with your own small "home on the beach" where you can invite friends or family or rent it daily when you're not staying or sublet it part of the year to make it even more economical. Also we allow and help our long term guests to customize their unit to suit their individual needs so they feel more at home.

Guests with Children; Boracay is a fantastic place for your children to become familiar with the beauty of "mother nature" in the Philippines and be introduced to many water sports and other physical activities inconvenient or not available in Manila or other larger cities. The rising cost of living in Europe, North America, N.E. Asia and large cities in developing countries make such activities expensive and difficult to manage for exhausted parents doing their best to make a living. Kids on Boracay can play on the beach, wander around, having fun, freely, in a safe environment without their parents worrying and only requiring their kids to be home for meals. Our daughter, Camilla, 22 years old now treasures her childhood memories growing up on Boracay
