24 times our daily rate, for example,our PP550 rooms would be P13,200 ( U$275 ) / month and our air-conditioned rooms 8 Nights
FREE so calculate 22 times our daily rate =P20,900 ( U$435 ) PAID in ADVANCE or upon arrival and checking in.
MAY 1, 2007 UPDATE: William ( Bill ) has just decided that it's the right time to show our appreciation by offering a NEW discount to our
guests happy enough to stay with us 18 nights or over but less than one month when PAID in ADVANCE. Depending on how

We have 13 air-conditioned Rooms, two of which
we, Bill, Lorna & Camilla stayed for the first 8 + years. No two rooms are the same but all have private bathroom and
Cable TV, 3 on the ground floor, 8 on the 2nd floor and 2 one the 3rd floor at P950 / night , P5700 / week and P20,900 / month
when paid in advance.
Blue Room - Standard Room with Fan and Cable
TV - P700 / day with weekly discount one night free when paid in advance. We have 6 rooms of this type but also
have 6 rooms, 2 in the main building and 4 in unit 11 a short distance "10 doors" down the street without
the Cable TV for P550.
Bamboo Room with fan and common
bath P400/ night/ 1 or 2 persons located on the ground floor directly across from the check-in counter. We 9 fan cooled
Rooms with share bath, only the 2nd floor Green room at, P300, 3 rooms on the 3rd floor at P350, 2 rooms at P400 and
4 rooms at P500 / night / 1 or 2 persons.
Above the Peach Room and Below the Holiday Suite 1 Room Both
are P950 / day with weekly and monthly discounts. Large rooms with private bath, air-conditioning and Cable TV. Each one of
the 8 rooms of this type are unique.

can also recommend several other small hotels although seldom as friendly as ours. During our 1999 to 2000 round the world
trip we were reminded just how cold, unfriendly and professional the hospitality industry has become regardless whether you
are traveling in the USA, Thailand, Egypt or Europe so realized how special our place is by maintaining a friendly,
