2012 UPDATE Since selling our house New England house in Fairfield, CT 8  years ago  in August 2004 we have been overjoyed with living life back in the Philippines since then. Between taking long walks on the beach, we keep a small construction crew busy with various renovation and expansion projects at our two accommodation locations and finished building a huge house in Tabon, Caticlan with panoramic view of the sea and Boracay island's southern coastline. As our expansion and renovation projects are nearly finished we have decided to focus on real estate and property management. Although we thought the right couple could increase the present 60% room occupancy rate to 70% to 80% our daughter, CAMILLA has returned after 6 years in Hawaii to operate our Manila location; since her arrival Jan 14, 2011 we have broken all records / occupancy rates now at 67+%. Now my wife, Lorna and I can travel the world and focus our time and energy to real estate development and speculation in the Boracay island area and other coastal properties.
